However, NON residents are allowed to have the money refunded back to them? I don't think this policy is fair. Residents aren't going to run away after the clubhouse is rented, you know where we live to collect money if damages do occur. I am still relatively new to apartment dwelling and I have no clue how to deal with this issue. My neighbors upstairs love to have sex, and sex is GREAT, I love it just as much as the next person, HOWEVER it is torment for me, when it consistently WAKES ME UP OUT OF MY SLEEP. My neighbors obviously don't own a quality bed frame or mattress because it is extremely noisy (trust me I can sleep through practically anything).
