Absolutely Disgusting to live in!!!
I have filed several complaints about the bugs, the smells, and the mice. There is something crawling in my walls that I hear at night. The POS manager's response has been what is it you want me to do about it? Seriously!?! Manage up, clean this dump...You get what you pay for but no savings in monies should equal unhealthy living conditions! Never look to live here!!

I would love to talk to you but my work schedule conflicts with availability to speak during the day time hours. Are you available in the evening? After 5pm? I am not sure at this point what exactly you may be able to assist with. I asked several times to speak with someone above Jesse but was informed that there wasn't anyone. I was forced to the point of breaking my lease and moved out this past weekend. It was only after I arranged to move that I found this site. I have photo proof of dead mouse bodies in my closets and dead worms and live earwigs that were in the apartment. I tried to arrange with Jesse to pay to fix a tiny hole in the carpet that my dog ate (no bigger than a half dollar) and was responded with inept available times to meet with maintenance. He was extremely rude to me on Friday when I was moving and, yes, was given back the same treatment. He threaten to call police on me for parking on the lawn, which is also done by the maintenance staff, so I thought to be okay. This was not a proper way to treat people and not a health living condition for my children and me. So yes I would love to speak with you because at this point I know that I am going to be sued for breaking my lease but at the same time I was not given any choice but to move by your management staff.
