Communication is definitely an issue!

I really hate to be a negative nancy, however, it seems as if the communication at Lakeside Village is lacking.  I was in the leasing office approximately 2 weeks ago and I asked to renew my lease.  The manager asked for my building and apartment information and said that she would have my lease taped to my door.  I have yet to receive the lease!  Today I received a notice stating that I am now month-to-month  and I have to pay additional money every month because I didn't sign my lease!  I'm hoping this problem will get fixed.
